Delete my account

You can delete your Audio Fastlane account at any time. Deleting it removes your account, your profile (route and ticket) and your listening positions from our systems. It cannot be undone.

In the app

Open the app, go to Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email henry@audiofastlane.com from the address you used for your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What deletion does not do

• Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, before or after deleting the account, or you will keep being charged.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider are kept under their own policies, and we keep the records that tax and accounting law require, without your account details.
• Downloads on your phone are removed when you delete the app.

The free titles

You never needed an account for the free titles, and you can keep listening to them after deleting your account.
